Unleash your creative potential learning how to use practical Design Thinking tools to spark/ignite interest and awareness around your organisation’s purpose.
Inspirational kick off session to start the conversation and reflection with the core team of the organisation. A day to inspire and empower to lead the change. Ideal to align expectations and knowledge around Purpose Design and bring them on board the transformation process.
In three workshops at least half of your company staff will be involved in the collaborative construction of a holistic common purpose that will resonate not only with your business objectives but also with the well-being of your stakeholders and the impact you want to have in the society.
