It is an eight-week learning programme designed especially for Enel Group employees in Latin America where more than 100 participants, from 5 business lines and across 5 countries, work in 10 teams and are challenged to create circular value propositions.
Representatives from Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Peru learn strategies and new business models to promote circularity. They learn about experiences and case studies of startups and international companies that have incorporated circular business models. They apply and design circular innovations through practical workshops.
Our methodology, deployed in two workshops of three hours each, is adapted to the pillars of ENEL’s Circular Economy Strategy and is the most practical component for the participants.
With Circular Design Thinking, participants are able to put into practice the theoretical concepts of the entire programme and experience both the creative ideation and prototyping stages of circular business models.
To date more than 200 ENEL participants have experienced the methodology and are accompanied by more than 20 facilitators trained in Circular Design Thinking.
